Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable only for manufacturing defects, and must be requested within 2 days of the delivery date (online orders) or the purchase date (boutique purchases). The piece must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, free of fragrance and of any signs of use or damage, with all original tags and packaging. The original receipt (proof of purchase) is required. An exchange is for the same piece, an agreed equivalent, or a new piece made for the customer. 39 STUDIO does not offer refunds; exchange is the only form of resolution. Exchange request confirmed within 2 business days, completed within 7 business days of receiving the returned piece. Manufacturing defects (ready-to-wear or Made to Measure): 39 STUDIO will repair the piece free of charge or exchange it, and covers return shipping. If a replacement is not available, 39 STUDIO makes a new piece. Exchanges for change of mind, size or colour preference are not available.

The first alteration is complimentary. Each further alteration is charged AED 150, up to a maximum of three alterations per piece.

Production time is a maximum of 14 days from order confirmation and payment; Made to Measure pieces are produced from measurements approved and signed by the customer at the boutique. They are not eligible for refund or exchange. The first alteration is complimentary; the second and third are AED 150 each; maximum three alterations. If a piece does not match the signed measurements, or has a manufacturing defect, 39 STUDIO makes a new piece (or repairs it) at its own cost, including return shipping. Pieces purchased or reserved (whether paid in full, partially paid, or unpaid) and left uncollected for more than 7 months are no longer the responsibility of 39 STUDIO, and any amount already paid toward the piece (deposit, partial payment, or payment in full) is forfeited and is non-refundable.
