Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar). Online checkout currently supports delivery within the UAE. For GCC orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will arrange payment and delivery with you.

Ready-to-wear orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation; Made to Measure orders require additional production time, communicated at the time of order.

United Arab Emirates 1–3 business days after dispatch; GCC countries 5–7 business days from payment confirmation (including processing).

Orders delivered outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country; these charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Within the UAE we ship with Aramex. For GCC deliveries we ship with Aramex or DHL.

Free delivery in Dubai on orders of AED 1,800 or more (calculated before VAT); delivery to other Emirates is charged per Emirate: Sharjah AED 50, Ajman AED 60, Umm Al Quwain AED 70, Ras Al Khaimah AED 90, Fujairah AED 100, Abu Dhabi AED 150, Al Ain AED 150; delivery fees are exclusive of VAT, and 5% VAT is added at checkout; GCC shipping fees are calculated separately based on destination.

Payment on delivery is available. You may pay in cash, or by card through our Network International payment terminal, when your order is delivered.
