This website is operated by 39STUDIO-FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by any third party; minors under 18 may not register or place orders.

All prices are listed in AED and are exclusive of VAT; 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout; we reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, at any time before delivery; product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed (or, for COD orders, once the order is accepted); we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

39STUDIO-FZCO's country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider over a secure connection and are not stored by 39 STUDIO. The cardholder should keep a copy of the transaction record and of these policies. Any refund, where applicable under our policies, is made to the original payment method.

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of 39STUDIO-FZCO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws; no content may be reproduced without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, 39STUDIO-FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

39STUDIO-FZCO shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or courier/logistics disruptions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via WhatsApp or email; if unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

These terms are made available in both English and Arabic; in case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under UAE law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
